Step 1: Look up a picture of the antlers you’re wanting to create, and have that visual handy.
Step 2: Take the Aluminum foil and start to shape and mold it into the shape of those antlers
Step 3: Once molds are finished, take the kabob stick and pierce the bottom of the antler
Step 4: Cut the tissue paper into 2 inch strips and set aside
Step 5: Mix one part flour with one part of water (1 cup flour and 1 cup water, or 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup water) until you get a thick glue-like consistency. Add a bit more water if it's too thick. Mix well with a spoon to get rid of all the lumps
Step 6: Dip tissue paper in mixture until it is fully damped and wrap the aluminum antlers entirely (repeat steps until antlers are fully covered in tissue paper)
Step 7: Let dry (or to save time you can blow dry it)
Step 8: Once dry, take antlers into a designated area where you can spray paint without getting paint on anything else (I took mine outside and sprayed paint on the grass)
Step 9: Let dry (or to save time you can blow dry it)
Step 10: Once dry, remove the wooden kabob stick, set antlers aside
Step 11: Take the headband and hot glue gun, making two hot glue balls on the band where you want antlers to stay
Step 12: GLUE antlers to headband
Viola! You got yourself some DIY Antlers!!!!
